Meal Ingredients

  • Oil to fry pork
  • 2-3 Lbs Pork Tenderloin Chunks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Salt
  • 1 Cup Cornstarch
  • 3 Bell Peppers any colour
  • 2 small onions Chopped
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Chunks

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch

Serve with white rice

Cooking Instructions

Temperature: Wok or deep Skillet

Time: 30 Minutes

  1. In a Skillet add oil and set to high temperature for frying pork.
  2. In bowl combine pork chunks, salt, pepper, garlic and thoroughly coat with cornstarch (may need more).
  3. In separate bowl whisk together sauce ingredients.
  4. Cook pork in oil till golden brown and crispy. Set aside to dry (cookie rack).
  5. Drain oil and sautee all chopped vegetables.
  6. Stir in sauce, pineapple and pork chunks and reduce sauce till thick.
  7. While reducing add Parboiled Rice and water 1 to 1 into Insta-Pot and cook for 3 mins.
  8. Serve mixed together or separate.
