Overnight Oats

Simple breakfast that will taste delicious for days and simply add more milk to taste.

· Rolled Oats: Hard to eat unless cooked or soaked. Not instant oats.
· Honey: Makes everything taste delicious.
· Salt: Enhances the overall flavor.
· Cinnamon: Main flavoring.
· Milk: Adds the moisture and enhances the overall flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats (not Instant)
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Cups Milk (Any type)
  • Add Fruit to Serve

Cooking Instructions

Temperature: 50 Degrees

Time: 6-8 hours

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a med/large bowl.
  2. Let mixture rest overnight covered.
  3. Serve with fruit for best taste.
