Delicious family recipe that can be served with anything and are super easy to make.

· Eggs: Eggs act as a binder, which means they help hold the batter together.
· Milk: Milk adds moisture and keeps them tender.
· Water: Water helps thin the batter.
· Salt: A pinch of salt enhances the overall flavor.
· Butter: Butter lends richness and moisture.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Oil (Mazzola)
  • Pinch of Salt and Sugar
  • (Optional) Served with Butter, Syrup, Fruit, Feta, Bacon, Anything…

Cooking Instructions

Temperature: Med-Hot Cast Iron Skillet

Time: 10-20 Minutes

  1. Whisk Eggs.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients.
    • To thin add water
  3. Heat and Grease Cast Iron pan and ladle onto center of pan (about 1/4 Cup).
  4. Cook till lightly brown on the bottom then flip and cook till done on both sides.
  5. Serve by saying Hot Hot Hot and don’t stop till they wash their plates!
